We offer you an excellent after sales service with emergency call out.

All new and reconditioned Stairlifts are guaranteed and all reconditioned Stairlifts are fully tested prior to installation.

All new and reconditioned Stairlifts are guaranteed with warranties as standard, and all reconditioned Stairlifts are fully tested and refurbished to a high standard prior to installation.

On all new Stairlifts there is a minimum 12 month manufacturer's parts and labour warranty, which can be extended for up to 3 years on some makes and models.

As a valued customer you can rest assured that we will always attend a breakdown regardless of your warranty status.

If you purchase a Stairlift from us, new or reconditioned, we may offer a buy back service in the event the Stairlift is no longer required. We may also buy your stairlift even if purchased from another supplier.
